Francis Duku
Founder and Owner
FA Judicial Panel Member, Non League Day Organising Committee
Approaching the end of a distinguished playing career that spanned over 15 years, Francis took the decision to retire early and launch Our Game Football, in an attempt to share with the UK football community solutions he had found to a number of problems that affect footballers at all levels throughout the country.
Combining a wealth of business knowledge and contacts gained from a career managing teams in operations departments at leading investment management houses in the City of London, with extensive playing experience and contacts in UK football, plus a genuine desire to change a culture in football that had cost him personally in his own playing career, the first steps were taken on a journey that has led to the development of the service UK football now has access to.
Along the way further experience has also been gained as Chair of the ASPSU Executive Committee, Chair at the FA’s National Chairman Panel, Kick It Out Educator and Professional Players Guidance Group Member, Educator and inductee into the Show Racism the Red Card Hall of Fame, Effective Board Member certified and as a Trustee at the charity Safer London. His vision is to unite the UK football community by proviing it with a world class membership service.
